Sushree Siddheshvari Devi Ji

Kāl tushti - It's almost like bhagya tushti. Blaming time.

“It's not my time yet.”

“It's not my time to practice devotion.”

“I'm too young.”

“I'm too young to do this. My time has not come yet.”

Tulsidasji says,

जो न तरै भव सागर नर समाज अस पाइ।
सो कृत निंदक मंदमति आत्माहन गति जाइ॥
Jo na tarai bhav sāgar nar samāj as pāi.
So krit nindak mandmati ātmāhan gati jāi.

A human, an individual soul who has attained the human form of life, who does not work laboriously to attain God, is an offender in the eyes of God. And he becomes even more of an offender if he wrongly places the blame on the will of God, on his destiny, and on time.”

कालहि कर्महि ईस्वरहि ।
Kālahi karmahi īsvarahi.

Three: Kāl - time, karm - his destiny, and Ishwar - God. If he (the individual soul) places false blame on these three. He becomes even a greater offender.
