And the ignorant ones are those who keep on fighting between the impersonal and the personal aspect of brahm (Absolute reality). “Come on, don’t fight,” says the Lord. “I am both the impersonal and the personified, depending on which aspect the devotee wants.”
“I am the nirgun nirākār nirvishesh brahm (formless, attributeless, undifferentiated Absolute). I am the sagun sākār savishesh brahm (personal, form-possessing, qualified Absolute).” Arjun asked this question in the 12th chapter,1st verse.
Arjun is saying to Lord Krishna in the 12th chapter of Bhagavad Gita, the very first verse,
“Which one is the highest?”
The answer is given very directly. The Lord is very direct, black and white. He is not like us. He is God. So He says,
“My sagun sākār savishesh form is the highest. Worship of that form, devotion to that form, I consider to be the utmost.” This is in the 12th chapter, second verse, for your reference.
And then He says, “Those who worship My impersonal, unmanifested aspect, after some time, they will also come to Me, if their devotion is done with complete faith.” However,
क्लेशोऽधिकतरस्तेषामव्यक्तासक्तचेतसाम् ||
Kleśho ’dhikataras teṣhām avyaktāsakta-chetasām.
Avyaktā hi gatir duḥkhaṁ dehavadbhir avāpyate.- Gita 12.5
There is a lot of kalesh (conflict). That means a lot of difficulty treading the path of gyan (knowledge), meaning devotion to the impersonal, unmanifested aspect of brahm. It is almost next to impossible to reach Me, to even cross that path.
That is why,
Ye tu sarvāṇi karmāṇi mayi sannyasya mat-parāḥ.
Ananyenaiva yogen māṁ dhyāyanta upāsate.- Gita 12.6
Teṣhām ahaṁ samuddhartā mṛityu-saṁsāra-sāgarāt.
Bhavāmi na chirāt pārth mayyāveśhita-chetasām.- Gita 12.7
Mayy eva mana ādhatsva mayi buddhiṁ niveśhaya …
- Gita 12.8
He says, “Just offer Me your mind and intellect. Surrender yourself to Me.”
Like the maidens of Braj.

In this manner, while doing anything - eating, dancing, walking, talking, sitting, listening to this Divine discourse, or listening to anything - no matter what you do or where you are, just remember one thing. Become filled and engrossed with conscious feeling, with the consciousness of Shree Krishna’s presence. With the feeling that Shree Krishna is with me, He is watching me, He is with me, He is watching me, and I love Him. Do not fear Him, love Him. Fear doing wrong things, but you will never have fear near you when you start to love God, so love Him. Love Him.
And these chains of desires that we carry - to ask God to fulfill our materialistic desires - get rid of them completely. Eliminate them from your mind. Keep only one thought in your mind: to attain Your love, to attain Your seva (loving service).
And love Him. Love Him. Love Him.
