The aim is to get to sumiran, which, in one word, I shall explain to you, the key word is remembrance.
Remembrance - How you sit and remember your loved ones. How, when you are at work, you still remember.
With so much of loving emotional feelings, people do texting. They are working and yet they are in touch with their husbands, wives, children, etc, etc.
Remembering, without thinking, you can’t be texting them. Whomever you love or you have that attachment to, or whatever it could be, does this remembrance.
It doesn’t need a special room or a special manner of sitting. Like you have to have a cushion and you have to have your head down and legs up. Nothing like that.
Anywhere and everywhere, you know in the material world, that the thoughts about your dear ones, your loved ones, or even the enemies, those whom you hate, you dislike. The attachment of the mind goes both ways.
With the feeling of love or the feeling of hatred. Like, dislike.
So any kind of that emotional feeling in your hearts and minds, which pulls you to that person—that is remembering.
