We need to introduce Godly thoughts. We need to become really greedy, “I have five minutes. Let me beautify my mind. Let me think about Shri Krishna. Let me think about Radha Rani”
“Let me reflect on the lecture by my Guru. Shree Maharaj Ji said this and I had never heard it before. Let me think about it.”
“I don't have to think about the world. I don't have to talk so much. By talking so much, by talking too much, I am hearing too much also, and I'm hearing what I am saying, and what I'm saying is not making any sense. Let me just be quiet. Let me just find a quiet place. Let me just spend some time beautifying my mind. Let me do that.”
This mind is filled with thoughts, “I have brought along countless thoughts with this mind to this life, thoughts that I have entertained in the past, now the thoughts of the present, let me control what I can control. Let me spend a lot of time during this day working on my mind. Let me do roopdhyan.”
When we bring God and Guru into the mind, we are bringing wonderful qualities, qualities that we are all in love with, like knowledge, humility, gentleness, compassion, all these wonderful qualities that we love. We love them - innocence. We love these qualities like forgiveness. As we bring Radha and Krishna into the mind, what are we bringing? We are bringing all these qualities into the mind, and these qualities are washing the sins of our mind.
Godly thoughts are washing the sinful thoughts, and that's what we want. We can never do too much roopdhyan. There's no such thing as doing too much roopdhyan.
Oh my goodness, he OD'd. On what? Roopdhyan. Overdosed on roopdhyan.
No such thing. No such thing. You cannot do any harm to your mind by doing roopdhyan, granted, it's roopdhyan of Radha and Krishna and Gurudev.
