“Maya, O Krishna, is so powerful! You Yourself have said that no one can cross Maya without My grace.”
दैवी ह्येषा गुणमयी मम माया दुरत्यया । मामेव ये प्रपद्यन्ते मायामेतां तरन्ति ते ॥
Daivī hyeṣhā guṇamayī mam māyā duratyayā. Māmev ye prapadyante māyāmetāṇ taranti te- Gita 7.14
“O Krishna, You Yourself have said that this guṇamayī māyā (गुणमयी माया) is my daivīshakti (दैवीशक्ति), this is My personal, not personal as in internal power, but My power. Maya is made of three gunas, and nobody can cross maya without My grace. You yourself have said, “Maya is Your power and maya cannot be defeated by any means, only through Your grace. So, You see my situation. Your maid-servant, maya,”
सो दासी रघुबीर कै समुझें मिथ्या सोपि। छूट न राम कृपा बिनु नाथ कहउँ पद रोपि।।
So dāsī raghubīr kai samujheṇ mithyā sopi. Chhūṭ na rām kṛipā binu nāth kahauṁ pad ropi.- Ramayan: Uttar Kand Doha 71
“This maya is not an illusion, this maya is Ram's servant and no one can cross maya or defeat maya without Shri Ram's grace.”
So you see my situation, Krishna. I am under the bondage of maya. Maya is Your servant and I am Your son, but look what maya is doing to me.
लख चौरासी योनी नचावति,
Lakh chaurāsī yonī nachāvati…“This maya is making me dance in the 8.4 million species of existence.”
…मोही जानी असहाई ।
…mohī jānī asahāee.“You see I am helpless because who can defeat maya?”

Even Vishwamitra was subject to the effect of his anger when he couldn't defeat Vashishtha Muni. Such a great tapasvi. There are so many examples of great personalities who came under or remained under the effect of maya. So when these great tapasvis, yogis, when they can't cross maya on their own without Your help, they can't defeat maya. Then who am I?
