There are two types of paramahamsas (supremely detached Saints): pravrtti parayan (devoted to spiritual progress through the lawful performance of duty) and nivrtti parayan (devoted to renunciation and spiritual life; inclined toward withdrawal from worldly pursuits). ‘Pravrtti parayan Gyani’ or paramahamsa is Janak (father of Sita).
इन्हहि बिलोकत अति अनुरागा। बरबस ब्रह्मसुखहि मन त्यागा॥
Inhahiṁ bilokat ati anurāgā. Barabas Brahmasukhahiṁ man tyāgā.

As soon as he sees Lord Ram and Lakshman entering the palace, King Janak’s samadhi (yogic trance) is broken. He was called ‘videha’ (beyond bodily consciousness),
मूरति मधुर मनोहर देखी। भयउ बिदेहु बिदेहु बिसेषी॥
Mūrati madhur manōhar dēkhī. Bhayau bidēhu bidēhu bisēṣhī.

That videha Janak, who had no consciousness of his own self, this videha Janak Paramahams becomes absolutely aware and is drinking the Divine nectar of the Divine beauty of Prabhu Ramchandra Ji. He falls in love with Prabhu Ramchandra Ji. Forget about Sita getting married. He is already married himself - he’s already offered himself to Prabhu Ramchandra Ji, and his only one desire and one wish is for Sita. Her match, her groom, is here. Her love is here. He knows it in his heart.
“What else could have broken my samadhi, my brahmanand samadhi (total absorption in the bliss of brahm)?”
‘Sahajya sanehini’. Sahaj (natural). Without any effort, he is detached - Janak Paramahams.
This is ‘pravrtti parayan gyan’. These are the higher classes - the highest. And the ‘nivrtti sparayan gyani are the lower, but they are still paramahamsas and gyanis (those who practice non-dualistic meditation). Now they have to put in effort. These are ‘janamjat paramahamsas’ like Sanak, Sanandan, Sanatan, and Sanatkumar - Brahma’s sons, who are eternal. They are paramahamsas and are eternal, and they have freedom to go anywhere. Naked and five years of age, they can go anywhere. And they went right up to Vaikunth, where that natak (drama) happened - Jai and Vijay got punishment to come on Earth as number one: Hiranyakashyap and Hiranyaksha; number two: Ravan and Kumbhakaran; number three: Kamsa and Shishupal.
So, this ‘janam jat’ paramahamsas (paramahamsas from birth), they put effort. That’s why they never got married. They are those kinds of ‘nivrtti parayan gyanis’ who never get married. They put in the effort to remain detached, ‘virakt from maya’ ( renounced from the material energy).
But Janak Paramahamsa’s daughter is Sita, (who was) ‘found’, but still he had her married. It was easy and smooth, without any effort, (because) he was detached.
And Shukdev Paramahamsa is far beyond ‘pravrtti parayan gyanis’ and ‘nivrtti parayan gyanis’. He is Leela Shuk (the Divine parrot who appeared on Earth as Shukdev ji) of Radharani, the pet parrot of Radharani. His status cannot be compared.
