This series of lectures was given by Swami Nikhilanand in New York in December, 2012. It is a continuation of the series he delivered in New York in May, 2012. In it, he explains the most important topics of the Gita, chapter by chapter. In the first chapter, Arjun puts forth his dilemma to Shree Krishn and establishes the qualification for learning the Gita. His dilemma is a familiar one for all of us: the conflict between duty and attachment. Understanding how Arjun's situation is similar to our own is important for understanding how Shree Krishn reconciles the problem and how we can apply that in our own life.
