So a true Guru never, ever will give mantras. He will first give us siksha (instruction). Siksha.
He will educate us on the Divine path, answer our questions, clarify our doubts, and dispel our ignorance. He will do his work, and then he will dispel the doubts. He will help us when we do our sadhana (spiritual practice). He can’t help us otherwise - sorry.
When we do our practical sadhana, try to follow the instructions, what the teacher is telling us, what our spiritual master is telling us, then he will help us cleanse our hearts and minds. Once we are completely clean, remember when swaroop shakti, God’s internal Divine power, is given, the mind becomes Divine. This is known as diksha (spiritual initiation). This is diksha. Once diksha comes, you are no longer yourself; swaroop shakti enters. If swaroop shakti enters into us, if the diksha is given to us without us becoming clean and 100% pure, without the container, the vessel, the antahkaran (inner mind, intellect, ego) becoming absolutely pure, (then) we would burst into pieces. It is a Divine power.
But poor, deluded souls never ask the worldly people, they never ask those imposters, “What are you giving in my ear, my Guruji? Oh a mantra? What mantra? This is mantra with all powers.”
And what is it? God’s name only (like) “kleem Krishnaya namah,” “namo bhagavate Vasudevaya,” “Shree Krishnam sharanam,” “Rama Ramaya namah”. These (are) mantras.
So if I say “Radhe Radhe,” “Ram Ram,” “Krishna Krishna,” “Hare Ram,” will God not hear me, listen to me? Is He also bhasha (language) prejudiced? No.
You speak in your own language. He is bhavagrahi (one who accepts sentiment). He listens to your feelings. He doesn’t listen to how well you speak Sanskrit or whatever language.
So what is this mantra? It’s the name of God. Everybody knows the name of God. So if they just say the name of God without getting this initiation, won’t it work?
Nobody asks this question to these imposters.
