Why Does Shree Kirshna (God) Descend Part 2 of 5

So, Shree Krishna is Bliss personified, the essence of love personified. He possesses unlimited glory, unlimited sweetness, and unlimited radiance. He is omniscient. He loves His devotees, and He obeys His devotees. There are many wonderful things about Him which I can’t explain now. Maybe later.
When that Shree Krishna comes down to our world, the question arises,
“Why does He come here?”
Every action has a reason. Why did you all come here? So, why did God come here? We can ask Him, can’t we,
“Why did You come here?”
This filthy world of ours is filled with lust, anger, greed, infatuation, intoxication, avarice, jealousy, hatred, and deceit. Every person is immersed in all this. To such a place,
“Why did someone like You come?”
Many answers were offered by people. Someone, in fact, God Himself, says in the Gita (Song of God),
अजोऽपि सन्नव्ययात्मा भूतानामीश्वरोऽपि सन् |
प्रकृतिं स्वामधिष्ठाय सम्भवाम्यात्ममायया ||Ajo ’pi sannavyayātmā bhūtānām īśhvaro ’pi san.
Prakṛitiṁ svām adhiṣhṭhāya sambhavāmyātma-māyayā.- Gita 4.6
यदा यदा हि धर्मस्य ग्लानिर्भवति भारत |
अभ्युत्थानमधर्मस्य तदात्मानं सृजाम्यहम् || 7||Yadā yadā hi dharmasya glānir bhavati bhārat.
Abhyutthānam adharmasya tadātmānaṁ sṛijāmyaham.- Gita 4.7
परित्राणाय साधूनां विनाशाय च दुष्कृताम् |
धर्मसंस्थापनार्थाय सम्भवामि युगे युगे || 8||Paritrāṇāya sādhūnāṁ vināśhāya cha duṣhkṛitām.
Dharm-sansthāpanārthāya sambhavāmi yuge yuge.- Gita 4.8
“I come down to kill demons and to establish order.”
“Which demon did You kill?”
“Well, I’ve killed many. Ravan, for instance.”
“Hmmm.”
“Well, Sir, don’t You sit inside the likes of Ravan? You sit inside Ravan too, don’t You?
“Yes!”
“Then You could just snuff out his heart. That’s all! Why do You need to kill them from the outside when You can destroy the whole world by just holding Your breath! Then to kill him, You need to go from Ayodhya to Lanka!? You need to build a large force!? You need to curry favor from the likes of Sugreev!? Why? It doesn’t make sense!
And as far as establishing order is concerned, that’s done by Saints. When (sitting inside the demons) You kill them, then the Saints can establish order on their own. Coming down for just this doesn’t make sense. You are making a fool of us!”
