This series of lectures was given by Swami Nikhilanand in the Hanuman Mandir in New York in August, 2012. In it, he explains the 3 paths to God as told by the Hindu scriptures: karm, gyan and bhakti. In part 3, he explains that both praise and criticism for the path of gyan can be found in the Hindu scriptures. Criticism is for those who gain scriptural knowledge, but never practice devotion to God, so they never gain experience. And praise is for those who gain practical experience by following the path to God.
