The three-day spiritual retreat held from October 11 to 13 was a profound journey of devotion, community, and spiritual growth. This event attracted participants, all united by a shared commitment to deepen their spiritual practices and foster connections with one another. The retreat provided a space for participants to immerse themselves in prayer, kirtan, and enriching discussions, culminating in an experience that would resonate long after the final day.
The retreat commenced on a vibrant Friday evening, with participants gathering in the warmly lit prayer hall. At 5:00 PM, Anusha led the Kirtan, setting a peaceful tone for the gathering. The ambiance was enriched with the sound of melodious chants, inviting participants to leave behind the stresses of daily life and enter into a sacred space of devotion.
At 5:20 PM, the Yugal Sarkar Arti was performed, a beautiful ritual that marks the beginning of spiritual activities. This moment allowed attendees to express gratitude and reverence, fostering a collective atmosphere of spirituality.
As the sun set, the energy in the hall transformed, building anticipation for the arrival of Gopeshwari Didi. Following Rishina didi's chanting and homage at 7:30 PM, participants were uplifted by the presence of Didi at 8:00 PM. Her lecture was a highlight of the evening, as she eloquently shared insights on devotion, spirituality, and the significance of Dussehra.
The lecture not only inspired attendees but also invited reflection on their own spiritual journeys. Gopeshwari Didi emphasized the importance of collective practices, encouraging participants to embrace their roles within the spiritual community.
The evening concluded with Chirag bhaiya leading a focused sadhana session, allowing participants to engage in personal reflection and prayer. This session was a powerful way to internalize the messages shared earlier. Following this, a special video presentation showcased memorable moments, reinforcing the sense of belonging and continuity within the community.
Day two began bright and early at 6:00 AM with Gopeshwari Didi leading the morning sadhana. Participants engaged in a combination of prayer, Arti, and Kirtan, creating a serene atmosphere as the day began.
Following the morning sadhana, the much-anticipated HARE RAM AKHAND SANKIRTAN commenced. This continuous chanting event was a centerpiece of the retreat, with various community members taking turns to lead segments throughout the day. Each hour was dedicated to a different chanter, including Chirag, Rishina, Naman, and others, who brought their unique styles and energies to the practice.
The experience was transformative for many participants. The unbroken flow of devotion not only enhanced individual experiences but also fostered a deep sense of community.
Palki Yatra and its Significance
As evening approached, the Palki Yatra became a significant highlight of the day. This beautiful procession involved participants walking together in devotion, accompanied by live kirtan and audio support. The atmosphere was electric as members of the community came together, chanting and celebrating their shared spiritual journey.
During the Yatra, attendees were reminded of the importance of pilgrimage in spiritual practices—a physical manifestation of their devotion. The sense of unity and shared purpose during this procession created lasting bonds among participants.

After the Yatra, the retreat continued with a series of sadhana sessions in the Prayer Hall. These sessions allowed participants to reflect on their experiences and connect on a deeper level.
The second day culminated in a midnight celebration, a joyous conclusion to a day filled with devotion. Chirag bhaiya led the rituals, which included the traditional Bhagwati Maiya Arti, Maharaj Ji Arti and a cake-cutting ceremony. This lighthearted moment allowed participants to share in the joy of community, celebrating not just the retreat but the relationships that had formed over the course of the event.

Sunday began with an Arti in the MJ Room at 6:00 AM, setting a contemplative tone for the final day. Rishina didi then led a comprehensive morning sadhana session, combining prayer, Arti, and Kirtan. This last morning of devotion was particularly poignant, as participants reflected on their journey over the past two days and prepared for the closing rituals.
After having breakfast at 8:00 am, the devotees assembled in the main hall again for the morning Kirtan session.
This session was live streamed exclusively on RKP.
Chirag bhaiya led a special Mahabhog session, which involved sharing a communal meal offered to the Maharaj Ji. This was followed by chanting, allowing participants to unite in harmony and devotion, reinforcing the sense of community and shared spiritual purpose.

One of the most anticipated moments of the retreat was Gopeshwari Didi's live speech at 11:45 AM. Her insights were both profound and relatable, addressing the challenges of maintaining spiritual practices in daily life.

Didi Ji emphasized the importance of taking time from busy lives to engage in spiritual practices, like attending sadhana and satsang at the temple. She focused on the concept of Divine grace, especially during the night of Sharad Poornima, when the supreme Divine love, referred to as "maharas," is believed to shower blessings on the universe. Didi Ji outlined the five types of relationships (bhavs) one can have with God, culminating in "Madhurya Bhav," the highest form of love characterized by selfless devotion. She stressed that true devotion requires complete, unconditional love, without any selfish desires. The talk concluded with encouragement for the attendees to maintain their devotion and continue their spiritual journey, highlighting the transformative power of pure love and devotion.
Following the speech, a cultural program showcased the diverse talents of participants. From music to dance, the program highlighted the creativity within the community and reinforced the idea that spirituality is expressed in many forms. This celebration of talent fostered a sense of belonging and pride among participants.

The retreat concluded with Rishina didi chanting during the Arti and Charan Abhishekh, a beautiful way to honor the Divine presence and express gratitude for the experiences shared. Participants left the retreat not just with fond memories but also with a renewed sense of purpose and connection.

In summary, the three-day spiritual retreat was a remarkable journey filled with devotion, connection, and celebration. Participants experienced profound moments of spirituality, leaving with a deeper understanding of their faith and community.
As the retreat concluded, there was a shared sentiment among participants—a desire to continue nurturing these connections and to engage in future events. The experience not only enriched their spiritual lives but also strengthened the bonds within the community, fostering a lasting impact that will be felt long after the retreat's end.
