To help us understand, to help us realize, even a glimpse, just a glimpse, of Radharani's gracious personality, Shree Maharaj Ji makes reference to a deity. A deity is made of one single element substance. It could be wood, it could be iron, it could be stone, terracotta, clay, gold, silver. So a deity is always made of one single element, one single substance, outside and inside. It's consistent throughout the deity, outside and inside. Only one element, or one substance, permeates the entire deity, whether it's the face, eyes, nose, ears, hands, feet. The entire deity is made with only one substance. For example, if it is carved using stone, then it is stone inside and outside.
But in contrast, we as human beings, we are a combination of two entities. Our physical body is made of five distinct, five structural elements - air, water, earth, fire, and space. So air, water, earth, fire, and space, five are structural elements, but the soul within this body is Divine, and a part and parcel of God. And at the time of death, when the soul departs the body, then the body starts to decompose, and it is immediately burned or buried by the same people that claim to love us. The same people, they get rid of us. So we are a combination of two - this material body and Divine soul.
But in the case of Radha Rani, just as a deity is made of one element only, and one only, in the same way, Radha Rani's external form and Her inner soul are Radha Rani Herself and nothing else. Radha Rani Herself. So Her body and Her soul are substantially made of one thing, alone, substantially one. Shree Maharaj Ji tells us,
श्री राधे रानी है गोविंद राधे, सत चित आनन्द स्वारूपिणि बता दे ।
Shri Radha Rani hai Govind Radhe, sat chit ānand swaroopiṇi batā de.- Radha Govind Geet
So Radha Rani essentially is the embodiment of sat chit anand - perfect existence, eternal existence, perfect knowledge and bliss, perfect infinite bliss.
So our scriptures, they tell us in this way,
Deha dehi vibhedo 'yam neshvare vidyate kvachit
- Puran
So they tell us, “Radha Rani, Her Divine body, every pore, every aspect of Her body and Her soul are one.” So that is why She has been compared to a deity that is only made of one element, one thing. So Radha Rani is infinite grace, infinite compassion, mercy, love personified.
