So this is Radharani, the Supreme Divine power, Supreme absolute Brahm is Radharani, and that Radharani comes on our earth. She may visit other earth planets as well because there's only one Radharani. There are infinite Kamalas, infinite Parvatis, infinite Saraswatis, one of each in every Brahmand, although They're all only Radharani's ansh, so really They're Radha only, but Radha in Her form as Radha is the one Supreme absolute Brahm.
Now She can take avatar simultaneously anywhere in millions of places or infinite places, but Lakshmi, Parvati, Saraswati, They're there as part of the management of each Brahmand, the spiritual administration you can say. Just like Brahma, Vishnu, Shankar, They're the three governors of a Brahmand, They're there managing the affairs for the whole life of that brahmand. But Radharani comes as Radharani, revealing that Supreme Mahabhav state through Her leelas, like doing Maharas leela with Shree Krishna. She only occasionally comes once in one day of Brahma. She comes on our earth planet and when She comes, She reveals only pure Divine love. Just like I said, the Divine love makes Shree Krishna forget that He is God, that Prem is more powerful than Bhagwan, because when the Prem is manifested, Bhagwan forgets His Bhagwatta (Divinity), and that's when you get the real ras of the leelas.
Without that, Bhagwan would be sitting there in His Supreme majesty, Supreme glory, but serious, not doing any fun-loving leelas. Radharani is the origin of this, and when She herself comes, then She will also do such leelas, and Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj explains that in this loving interaction between Krishna and the Divine Saints.
