Swami Nikhilanand Ji

How to watch on TV

This is a perfect speech for someone who is new to the spiritual teachings of Hinduism. In this two part series, Swami Nikhilanand explains the essence of Eastern philosophy with practical logic that relates to our everyday life. In part one, he discusses the ways that people blame or mistrust God, and how with proper knowledge, we can begin to trust and love God, instead of being angry with Him.

This topic is continued in part 2. This recording also includes chanting of verses from the Sanskrit scriptures of India, and the chanting of God's Divine names, called kirtan. Swami Nikhilanand also leads the group in a beautiful meditation, called devotional meditation, or bhakti.
